ORDER PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES:
1.You can specify any product codes or product images which specifically interest you, then please inform us.
2.We will provide you the samples at FOC( if needed), and courier you the the samples at your costs, in the meanwhile, we provide you the PI.
3.You can go over the PI upon receiving the samples to finalize the items you want by sending back the final PI with your requirements and special needs in advance, which we will evaluate and feedback.
4.You need to wire the deposit by telex transfer (T/T) directly to our HK account. (a transfering bank slip is needed).
5.On receiving the deposit, we will release the mass production and monitor the production procesure thoroughly.
6.We ship the container after Quality inspection before we receive the balance from you.
7.Sample costs will be surely returned after the bulk order when we receive the balance.
8.We will provide the documents according to your needs.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1.We will inform you by quotation or Proforma Invoice of the full amount of your order with full bank information for wiring.
2.We need 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment before loading the container.
P.S: You pay us deposit when you /confirm/i the order, and we will inform you by email when we receive the deposit,
You pay us balance for the order, and we will refund the sample costs and inform you by email when we receive the balance and assist to deliver the documents to you at your needs.
CLAIM POLICY:
1. We take great care of what we offer and are responsible for what we ship to minimize the chance of damaged or defective goods from the very begining, since quality is our priority concern.
2. If you encounter a problem or do a claim, please inform us with descriptions and pictures as proof, then, we will evaluate the possible causes, and make the decision: either to credit you in your next new order, or replace a new one in your next container or a feedback with our comments with solutions.
P.S: Due to the long-way transportation, and fragile feature of ceramic, breakage of products may also appear from time to time. We will credit you for the broken items and replace a new one in next new order only on the condition of full container orders(FCL) as a way of shipment from us. For less than a container order(LCL), we can not take responsibilities for the broken items, as the goods are shipped by your carrier as a way of consolidation.We need to declare from the very begining.
